The Media Creation Center, with the philosophy of "Uniting Youth, Unleashing Creativity", adopts a professional attitude and innovative thinking, enabling youth to explore themselves, showcase their talents, connect with the community, and create the future through multimedia creation and experience; meanwhile, it combines online and offline multimedia activities to establish positive values among youth and convey positive messages.

The project "Eco-education Program on 'Cryptozoology' Funded by the Environment and Nature Conservation Fund" takes "cryptids" as its entry point, encouraging students to understand from a unique perspective those animals, plants, insects, etc. that are ignored, misunderstood, or even feared, yet highly distinctive in Hong Kong, so as to learn to appreciate and respect the diversity of the ecosystem.

The Youth Affairs Department, with a professional and forward-looking attitude, closely follows the pulse and needs of young people; connects them to different social systems to promote mutual understanding, build mutual trust, and make positive contributions; and encourages them to think, embrace, and create the future.

The Youth Affairs Department adheres to the concepts of "client-centered" and "social innovation", cultivating the core values, positive attitudes, and key competencies of young people to meet future challenges, and will:

• Establish the thinking and lifestyle habits for the physical and mental health of adolescents;
• Cultivate the attitudes and abilities of adolescents to identify and make good use of the media;
• Enhance the positive thinking and key competencies of adolescents for sustainable future development;
• Promote the aspirations and actions of teenagers to give back to different social systems.
